The inscription reads: For ever in the Lord. In affectionate remembrance of THOMAS POLGLASE
who died Decr 1881 aged 80 years. Also of six of his children.
This stone was erected by his son JOSIAH as a tribute of respect.
Also of JENNIFER his wife who died June 24th 1884 aged 78 years.
