Ann Cotton Oats married Charles Thomas Chappel on 14 February 1867 in Paul (In 1881 Charles was aged 44 and a Fisherman. Ann was 38. The family were living in Boases Street, Paul) (In 1891 Charles is aged 55 and a Fisherman. Ann is 49. The family are still living in Boase Street) (Charles was buried in Paul on 14 November 1891 aged 56)
