Admon granted to Catherine Rogers widow of John Rogers, Farmer of Quethiock

Know all Men by those Presents that we Catherine Rogers of the parish of Quethiock in the County of Cornwall widow, Charles Kelly of St. Neot in the said County Gent are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipfull John Short Clerk Master of Arts Archdeacon of the said County of Cornwall Lawfully Constitued in the sum of four hundred pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britain, to be paid unto the said John Short or to his certain Attorney his Executors Administrators or Assigns To Which Payment well and truly to be made We oblige ourselves and each and every of us by himself for the whole our and each and every of our Heirs Executors,and Aministrators firmly by those Presents Sealed with our Seals dated the sixteenth day of November in the Twenty Seventh Year of Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of the Great Britain, France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth, And in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty three. The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bonded Catherine Rogers the widow Administrator of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of John Rogers late of Quethiock aforesaid Deceased
