lord God, according to the computacon of the Church of England One thousand

the county of Cornewall Widdowe Beinge perfect of remembrance Thanks
be to God ; Doe here make ordaine and declare this my last will and
Testament in manner and forme followinge
First I give and bequeath to the poore of the parish of Pawle, five
shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to Richard my sonne Three pounds.
Item I give and bequeath to Christian my Daughter Twentie shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to Margaret my daughter five shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to John BODENAR my sonne Tenn shillings.
Item I give and bequeath to Honnor my Daughter Fourteene pounds in money
And my Bed and the Bedd clothes on which I doe lye as it stands and
a chayre and Carpett.
Item I give and bequeath to William my sonn one shillinge.
Item I give and bequeath to all my Grandchildren sixe pence a peece
to every one of them ; The residue of all my goods and Chattells not
here before given nor bequeathed I doe here by give and bequeath to
Honnor my daughter Whom I doe hereby ordaine and make my whole Executrix
of this my last will and Testament In Witnes hereof I have caused this
to be made to continue and remayne as my last will and Testament In
the presence of those under written.

Item I doe give, will and be==queath to Joane BADCOCKE, the daughter
of William BADCOCKE my brother sixe pence ;
To Joan BADCOCKE, the daughter of John BADCOCKE, sixe pence,
To Joane the wife of John RABART sixe pence
To Joane the Daughter of William KELINACK sixe pence, which be my God
daughters and to Elizabeth the daughter of William TERDANOE sixe pence.
Item To my Grand daughter Tamsone BODENAR the daughter of my sonne Richard
Fortie shillings and the best suite of weareing apparell lining and
wooleing except the Coate

This will was proved att London the Nineteenth day of February in the
yeare of our lord God One thousand six hundred Fiftie and fower, before
the Judges for Probate of Wills and granting Adcons lawfully authorized
By the Oath of Honnor Penderals BODENAR the daughter and Executrix named
in the said will To whom Admscon of all and singular the goods Chattells
and Debts of the said Deceased was Committed Shee being first sworne
by Commission truely to Admster the same.
